As a Client Concierge / Administration Coordinator, you will work directly with our client in a fully remote capacity, ensuring a seamless experience for their clients throughout their homeownership journey.
About the Client: Our client is a rapidly expanding property and homeownership solutions firm dedicated to empowering individuals and families to transition from renting to owning their homes through innovative, low or no-deposit options.
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Concierge & Administration Coordinator to support our client's growing property and building business. Your key responsibilities will include managing client communications, streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring a positive experience for clients from onboarding to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties and manage inbox communications with professionalism and timeliness.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients through email and phone.
- Coordinate property contracts, guiding clients through necessary documentation and agreements.
- Facilitate payment coordination among builders, clients, and lenders.
- Collect essential documents from clients, such as IDs and signed forms.
- Provide consistent updates on financing and building progress while addressing client inquiries throughout the project lifecycle.
