About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented Client Lead with robust project management skills to oversee the execution of intricate, fast-paced content and social initiatives for a Formula 1 team. You will be responsible for the daily management of client deliverables, ensuring team alignment, scope control, risk management, and the consistent delivery of high-quality outputs across various workstreams.
This role thrives in a high-energy environment, requiring the ability to manage multiple workstreams throughout the F1 calendar, including ongoing content initiatives, race weekend activities, partner deliverables, and performance analytics. Your calm demeanor will be essential in navigating stakeholder expectations while balancing creative aspirations and operational realities.
Your Responsibilities
- Client Leadership: Foster strong relationships, lead status and steering meetings, and translate client objectives into actionable plans.
- Project Management: Oversee project plans throughout the season and during race weeks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk identification.
- Delivery Excellence: Ensure adherence to project briefs, manage changes effectively, and guarantee that all outputs align with brand standards and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the F1 client, ensuring clarity and alignment among teams, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Transform seasonal goals into a comprehensive delivery roadmap, outlining campaigns, content pillars, partner commitments, and reporting schedules.
- Manage meeting schedules (weekly/bi-weekly), action items, and decision documentation, keeping all parties informed as priorities evolve.
- Maintain composure under pressure by effectively communicating trade-offs, securing necessary approvals, and sustaining project momentum even when timelines are tight.
