Your Role as a Customer Advocate

Essential Skills and Qualifications
Fluent in English (C1 level or higher)

Additional Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service roles
Knowledge of the stock market and fintech sector
Fluent in another language
Your Responsibilities Include
Engaging with clients in English and Bulgarian
Handling incoming inquiries via chat and email
Reviewing, analyzing, and verifying client onboarding documents
Entering and validating client information
Performing due diligence and risk assessments on new clients
Collecting and relaying client feedback
Working in a 24/7 shift schedule
