Blend360 is in search of a seasoned Client Partner to spearhead one of our most significant, multi-year transformation projects for a leading global professional services firm in the mobility and compliance sector. This esteemed client, backed by a prominent Private Equity firm, is initiating a crucial, enterprise-wide modernization initiative aimed at automating operations, minimizing costs, and reimagining its service offerings through advanced application technologies.
The Client Partner will take on the role akin to a CEO for this account, bearing full responsibility for client satisfaction, growth, and profitability. You will engage directly with investors, board members, and the client's COO and Global Head of Transformation, coordinating six Blend360 Agentic PODs that align with the client’s IT and business teams. This is a high-stakes transformation mandate with substantial visibility and long-lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Leadership
Act as the executive owner for the engagement – responsible for the client’s success, satisfaction, and Blend360’s P&L.
Collaborate directly with Private Equity investors, Board members, and C-suite executives (COO, CTO, CIO, CHRO) to align on transformation objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
Convert the client’s business transformation strategy into practical delivery roadmaps that integrate technology, AI/agentic automation, and operational redesign.
Lead multi-year account planning, forecasting, and identify expansion opportunities within the client ecosystem.
2. Financial and Commercial Ownership
Oversee the commercial structure, profitability, and growth targets for the engagement.
Ensure rigorous financial management – monitoring pipeline health, deal economics, contract renewals, and revenue recognition.
Facilitate renewal and expansion conversations linked to new automation initiatives or product innovations.
3. Executive Relationship Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, connecting Blend360’s capabilities with strategic business priorities.
Establish and maintain C-level trust through transparent communication, thought leadership, and business insight.
Represent Blend360 at all governance forums and transformation steering committees.
4. Delivery Oversight and Transformation Leadership
Lead the efforts of six Agentic delivery PODs, ensuring alignment between Blend360 and client IT/application teams.
Collaborate with internal delivery leads to define and assess outcomes related to automation, cost reduction, and innovation.
Proactively identify risks in delivery or stakeholder alignment and implement mitigation strategies.
