Your Mission:
We are seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our team as part of a long-term replacement (starting as soon as possible, at least until the end of September 2026).
As an expert in selling solutions and services, you will be responsible for understanding and addressing our clients' needs and expectations by promoting and activating all available solutions, with a focus on client retention and satisfaction.
After completing extensive training on our solutions and tools, your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing and monitoring client satisfaction
- Welcoming, listening to, and identifying the needs of new clients (in-person, phone, omnichannel)
- Connecting clients with the appropriate experts and ensuring their needs are addressed
- Ensuring the quality, reliability, updating, and enrichment of our client database
- Managing the onboarding process for new clients and tracking the activation rate of services for newcomers
- Selling service solutions to our clients (internal site, metro card, payment service, etc.)
- Identifying client needs (equipment, delivery, etc.) and passing them on to dedicated internal experts
To fulfill your responsibilities, you will collaborate with various departments and sales sectors, sharing best practices and individual initiatives.
