- Receive calls from our members to manage their home insurance claims.
- Inform, advise, and assist clients in handling their requests.
- Issue orders for experts to investigate claims when necessary.
- Communicate with third parties to uphold the company’s rights or find amicable solutions.
- Process and settle claims effectively.
- Identify and pursue commercial development opportunities, arranging meetings to finalize them.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the handling and resolution of their cases.
