Your Responsibilities
- On-Site Client Support: Meet merchants in person to present our solutions and assist with setup.
- Onboarding & Activation: Guide new clients through verification, setup, and initial usage.
- Portfolio Development: Monitor merchants’ active use of our services and drive improvements.
- Consultation for Existing Clients: Provide practical, solution-oriented assistance when questions arise.
- Independent Tour Planning: Coordinate your appointments and routes autonomously, utilizing tools and market observations.
- Ensure Complete Registration Process: Make certain that new merchants are truly ready to start—not just “registered”.
- Promote Active Usage: Demonstrate to clients how they can work faster, easier, and more efficiently with our services.
- Complex Case Escalation: Recognize when support is necessary and escalate appropriately.
