Role Overview:
As a vital member of the Direct Representatives Team, you will play an essential role in directly promoting our services to clients, ensuring a smooth activation process and continuous support for merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with clients on-site to promote our services;
· Assist merchants with the verification and activation processes;
· Monitor and analyze the performance of your portfolio;
· Provide personalized support and consultation to existing customers;
· Participate in both scheduled and self-initiated outreach efforts;
· Ensure new merchants in your portfolio complete their registration;
· Aid existing merchants in maintaining active service usage;
· Escalate issues by creating cases for unresolved problems;
· Present product features and benefits to clients compellingly;
· Travel for client meetings and to participate in industry events.
