About The Role
Our Customer Success Team is the heart of Beyond Finance, acting as the primary support for our esteemed clients enrolled in our financial hardship programs. As a Client Retention Specialist, you will be instrumental in fostering loyalty among our client base. Your main focus will be on educating and assisting clients navigating financial difficulties, helping them explore viable pathways to debt relief. This position involves engaging with clients primarily through inbound calls, where you will use your empathy and problem-solving skills to de-escalate concerns, understanding their financial struggles, and guiding them through the Beyond Finance program. You will primarily support clients who are at risk of disengagement, using innovative strategies to help them appreciate the value of their commitment to our program.
