About The Role
As a vital member of our Customer Success Team, you will act as the primary liaison for our esteemed clients enrolled in Beyond Finance’s financial hardship programs. The role of the Client Retention Specialist is essential in fostering the ongoing loyalty of our clientele. Your main responsibility will involve educating and assisting clients facing financial hardships as they explore pathways to achieving debt freedom. You will be pivotal in retaining clients within Beyond Finance's debt relief programs. This position requires you to engage with clients primarily through inbound calls, deescalating concerns, empathizing with their financial challenges, and guiding them through the Beyond Finance offerings. Your focus will be on supporting at-risk customers who are struggling to utilize or appreciate the value of their chosen program, demanding creative problem-solving skills to enhance their understanding and appreciation of their decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate Clients: Deliver thorough information regarding the Beyond Finance financial hardship debt program, ensuring clients are well-informed about the benefits, processes, and options available.
- Empathize and Deescalate: Utilize empathy and active listening to understand and deescalate upset clients, addressing their concerns and easing their financial stress.
- Navigate CRM System: Efficiently utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to swiftly access client information, including their financial status and program progress, while accurately documenting all client interactions.
