About The Role
As part of our Customer Success Team, you will serve as the main point of contact for valued clients enrolled in Beyond Finance’s financial hardship programs. In your role as a Client Retention Specialist, you will be instrumental in nurturing the loyalty of our customer base. Your primary focus will be to educate and assist clients facing financial difficulties as they explore pathways to achieving debt freedom. This position involves engaging with clients mainly through inbound phone calls, de-escalating distressed clients, empathizing with their financial challenges, and guiding them through the Beyond Finance program. You will primarily focus on at-risk customers who may be struggling to see the value of their enrollment, necessitating creative problem-solving to help them fully appreciate their decision.
