Your Role as an Associate:
As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as the vital link between our clients and the expert knowledge they require. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing multiple projects for investors, strategists, and dealmakers from top-tier organizations seeking expert insights to inform their decisions. This role is communication-intensive and requires adept multitasking across various workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Experts: Engage in extensive phone conversations with experts who are well-suited to your clients' projects, often under tight timelines.
- Market Context Understanding: Grasp the project and market context along with the legal and regulatory frameworks pertinent to your clients and experts.
- Project Ownership: Take charge of every aspect of your projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls for seamless collaboration.
