Job Overview:
Compensation: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- 4 days a week: Monday-Thursday (with Saturday-Monday off)
- 10-hour shifts between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: Your primary workplace will be in Golden Valley, MN, with occasional shifts at our St. Paul site.

Role Summary: The Client Services Representative is responsible for the daily coordination and scheduling of Veterinary Center Spay/Neuter, Wellness, Dental, and Specialty surgery appointments.
Your Responsibilities:
Client Services:
- Welcome clients and maintain a professional, friendly environment.
- Handle incoming phone calls and promptly return voice messages.
- Respond to email inquiries regarding our services.
- Schedule appointments for clients.
- Prepare and ensure all necessary paperwork and consent forms are completed prior to services.
- Collect payments from clients.
- Email invoices, receipts, and records as necessary.
- Make reminder, follow-up, and no-show calls for appointments.
- Escalate complex client inquiries and concerns as needed.
Communication and Culture:
- Engage positively and professionally with clients, colleagues, and volunteers.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion to ensure a welcoming environment for all.
Technology:
- Accurately enter and maintain client information in Evet.
- Manage and view work schedules in Makeshift.
- Log in and out of shifts using ADP.
- Monitor AHS email and other messaging platforms.
Other duties as assigned.
