Job Overview:
The Client Services Associate (Copy and Print) plays a crucial role in delivering superior office and mail services, executing operational tasks in several key areas:
- Handling high-volume copying, printing, finishing, and reprographic orders on-site. This position is responsible for document duplication, printing, finishing, binding, lamination, and troubleshooting equipment while ensuring adequate supplies are maintained.
- Managing inbound and outbound mail processing, including sorting and distributing mail, shipping and receiving products and supplies to support the onsite business service center, and organizing office supplies (pens, paper, toner). The Associate will also serve as a backup for front office duties (reception/concierge) and perform light maintenance and cleaning duties as needed.
This position consistently provides exceptional service to all clients and SPS employees, ensuring a professional image of the company through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
Typical Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver five-star customer service to all employees through various communication channels.
- Copy, Print & Scanning Services: Operate advanced reprographic and scanning equipment to fulfill high-volume print and digital imaging requests, performing finishing tasks such as binding, cutting, and padding while ensuring quality and accuracy of all output.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on copy/print devices, including loading paper, changing toner and cartridges, and troubleshooting minor issues to maintain operational uptime.
- Digital & Physical Workflow: Manage both hard copy and electronic job submissions, handle color calibration and image adjustments, and prepare orders for delivery or distribution.
- Mailroom Support (as needed): Assist with receiving, sorting, and distributing inbound/outbound mail and packages, maintaining tracking records, and providing status updates on deliveries.
