About the Role
The Client Solutions Lead is responsible for driving excellence in client solutions, ensuring strategic execution, and mentoring teams throughout the region. This pivotal role blends leadership, strategic planning, and client management expertise to guarantee the seamless execution of digital media campaigns while nurturing robust client relationships. As the primary point of escalation for the region, the Lead will devise client solution strategies, manage high-value accounts, and streamline operational processes.
This role is crucial for client retention, business growth, and regional expansion, working closely with internal teams such as Sales, Ad Operations, and Product Development. Ideal candidates will possess significant experience in client solutions, with a proven background in leadership, client strategy, and operational excellence.
