ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Client Success Coordinator, you will serve as the initial point of contact for real estate agents interested in commission advances. Your role will involve guiding clients through the application and onboarding process, assisting them in submitting accurate documentation, and preparing files for review and approval.
This position is centered on providing pre-approval support, ensuring agents comprehend the requirements, aiding them in completing the application, and verifying that all information is accurate and ready for decision-making. You will also follow up with agents who began but did not complete their applications, addressing their questions and maintaining prompt, friendly communication throughout.
This fast-paced, communication-rich role requires exceptional organizational skills, responsiveness, and outstanding client service abilities.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage with prospective clients via phone, text, email, and chat
• Assist agents in navigating the application and documentation submission processes
• Review incoming documents for completeness and accuracy
• Identify early obstacles (missing forms, unclear dates, inconsistent information)
• Follow up with agents who initiated but did not finalize an application
• Prepare clean and accurate files for approval review
• Maintain a high response rate and deliver an exceptional client experience
• Educate clients on subsequent steps, documentation needs, and timelines
• Update Salesforce with client information, document statuses, and application progress
• Collaborate internally with operations as files progress toward approval
• Monitor application progress and ensure timely movement toward decisions
