We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Client Success Manager to join our Institutional Client Service team. This role involves collaborating with senior team members to promote our subscription-based research service across various business units within existing clients, including hedge funds, mutual funds, and private equity firms to enhance overall service utilization.
This is a Hybrid position at our New York City office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior Client Service team members to strategically expand the user base within client organizations.
- Engage in proactive outreach through cold calls, emails, and lead generation efforts to meet project, client activation, and meeting objectives.
- Analyze client usage trends and identify key moments in their usage data to proactively address potential challenges.
- Facilitate onboarding for new clients and educate them about the diverse services available within their subscription.
- Develop expertise in the financial services sector, including hedge funds, private equity firms, venture capital, and major banking institutions to effectively communicate Guidepoint’s value.
- Work alongside the Client Service team to gather feedback on ongoing client projects and advisors provided for client review.
