Join Our Team as a Client Success Specialist!
At Cohere Health, we are on a mission to enhance patient care and we need a dedicated Client Success Specialist to support our Client Management Team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a vital link between our Customer Success team and various internal departments to ensure our clients achieve their goals.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the Client Success Manager in process development and improvement, data analysis, and overall organizational support. By collaborating closely with the Client Success Manager and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help align efforts and drive client success. This position provides a unique opportunity to build relationships with our clients, gaining insights that shape their perception of the value we offer and ensuring they receive exemplary support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Client Success Manager, including managing email correspondence, follow-ups, ticket tracking, and meeting documentation.
- Oversee client-facing communications, triaging incoming inquiries, responding promptly, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Track and manage client support tickets until resolution, coordinating with relevant internal teams as needed.
- Analyze client data and performance metrics to generate insights that inform both internal strategies and client initiatives.
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers on cross-functional projects such as external communication strategies, implementation support, and training material development.
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements to the client experience by gathering feedback, analyzing trends, and suggesting enhancements to processes or services.
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related field.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
- Hands-on experience working with health plans is required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, and Google Suite is a plus.
- Proven skills in administrative support, cross-functional collaboration, and project management.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for fostering a culture that values proactive, supportive, and partnership-oriented client experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to expand skills through practical experience in new areas.
