SUMMARY:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Service Associate – Client Support to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our financial advisory team, ensuring a seamless and satisfying client experience. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day client service requests, processing transactions, addressing client inquiries, and overseeing account-related documentation. You will closely collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality service and enhance the overall operation of client services.
This full-time, non-exempt position is based in our Roseville office, requiring in-person attendance five days a week. The expected base salary ranges from $60,000 to $69,000, with potential for an annual performance-based bonus.
