Position Overview: As a Clinical Account Manager (CAM), you will be an essential part of our Customer Engagement Team, playing a pivotal role in the potential launch of Bezuclastinib across multiple indications and disease states. The CAM will be tasked with achieving sales targets while leveraging a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and utilizing available resources effectively. Key to success in this position are strong collaboration, communication, strategic planning, relationship-building skills, and the ability to execute tactical initiatives. You will report directly to the Regional Business Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and key business stakeholders within your territory.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the territory's landscape, including Opinion Leaders, treatment trends, payer dynamics, and competitive challenges.
- Analyze and enhance business performance by creating and implementing a detailed territory plan.
