Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) is a pivotal role within Sentec, dedicated to delivering clinical education and support both internally and externally. This position is integral to driving company revenue growth through effective customer engagement and educational initiatives. As a CAS, you will provide comprehensive training and support to both new and existing users of Sentec products, closely collaborating with our field sales and marketing teams to enhance training for new hires and ongoing professional development.
In this role, you will conduct both on-site and virtual training sessions, offer continuing education (CE) presentations, and represent Sentec at state and national society events. Your expertise will help ensure optimal product usage, ultimately enhancing patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Sentec products, leveraging your knowledge to support company revenue objectives.
- Work in collaboration with local sales teams to deliver tailored onsite and virtual training programs, including curriculum development and process enhancement.
- Facilitate understanding of Sentec technology among care providers, clearly communicating the clinical and economic value of our products.
- Engage in product evaluations and installations, ensuring smooth integration and user satisfaction.
- Assess training needs and deliver hands-on education aimed at empowering clinical teams with maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Drive the effective bedside application of technology in both new and existing customer accounts.
- This is a remote position based in Southern California with significant travel requirements (over 60%) and flexible working hours.
