You will play a pivotal role in fostering communication among BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other key team members.

Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee BCBAs and RBTs to ensure high standards of clinical quality.
- Supervise the implementation of behavior interventions, treatment plans, and documentation.
- Provide constructive feedback and modeling to BCBAs and RBTs regarding clinical practices.
- Conduct behavior and skill assessments and create treatment plans for clients as needed.
- Assist BCBAs in comprehensive assessments (FBA, FA, preference assessment, etc.).
- Engage with families through monthly check-in calls.
- Support the ABA Academy of Excellence by analyzing regional data on treatment integrity.
- Travel for assessments, team oversight, and to support high-risk clients.
