As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our clinic under the guidance of the Clinical Nurse Director (CND). This position involves managing clinic staff and efficiently coordinating workflows to ensure that our services are delivered effectively. In your daily responsibilities, you will:
- Manage a high-performing, well-equipped clinic while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to protocols.
- Recruit, engage, mentor, and oversee RN Case Managers, Clinic RNs, Medical Assistants, and other team members, ensuring their professional growth and health.
- Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, conducting root cause analyses and evaluating care delivery processes to enhance clinic operations continuously.
- Ensure that nursing and clinic staff accurately implement and document interventions as per participant care plans, including responding promptly to physician orders and participating in care planning.
- Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of services in collaboration with Medical Practice leadership, Providers, Case Managers, and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Serve as the audit lead for clinical and nursing components during CMS/DHCS audit reviews, in partnership with the CND and Quality Improvement Director.
- Develop and track corrective action plans to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
