Join our dynamic Oncology sales team as a Clinical Oncology Specialist (COS)! We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to excel in this oncology diagnostics sales role. The COS will play a vital role in establishing, nurturing, and expanding our market presence to surpass sales targets.
As a Clinical Oncology Specialist, you will develop a strategic territory plan and oversee all business outcomes, including daily sales activities, new account acquisition, and customer retention while driving sales growth. You will implement cross-functional initiatives to ensure optimal patient identification and treatment management. Success in this role will be achieved through building trusted relationships, educating physicians and accounts, identifying strategic opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Natera's products, services, processes, policies, and key internal teams, as well as competitors’ offerings and the payer/reimbursement landscape.
- Meet and exceed sales objectives while effectively managing revenue and expenses.
- Develop and sustain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Drive strategic business collaborations with academic and community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals within your designated territory.
- Create a comprehensive business plan aimed at gaining and retaining new and existing clients, aligning with our national goals and organizational values.
- Execute sales strategies and tactics, implementing the sales and marketing plan to capitalize on opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Facilitate laboratory services agreements (LSAs).
- Collaborate with all sales roles and cross-functional partners to ensure successful achievement of goals and objectives.
- Conduct business with the utmost ethics and transparency.
