The Role
We are in search of a Clinical Operations Lead who will be instrumental in developing and managing the framework that powers Baba's care delivery. This role focuses on the people, processes, and systems that ensure high-quality advocacy and meet key performance indicators for positive patient outcomes.
As our advocate team expands rapidly, we need a leader who has experience in building and overseeing a clinical workforce at scale. This includes recruiting, training, supervising, and holding accountable a diverse team of community health workers, social workers, nurses, and care coordinators. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of how to deliver measurable outcomes for complex elderly patients.
This is not merely a strategic planning role; you will engage directly in operational tasks, such as developing scheduling and assignment systems, creating quality assurance processes for clinical documentation, establishing supervisory structures between advocates and physicians, and crafting an operational playbook that facilitates significant team growth while maintaining quality standards. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of new products and services that enhance our scalable platform.
