What You’ll Do
- Offer one-on-one telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counseling, or therapy services.
- Conduct CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) sessions virtually or onsite as required.
- Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars (optional).
- Assist employees in enhancing their wellbeing, managing stress, and building resilience.
- Work collaboratively with Intellect’s internal clinical team to enhance EAP programs.
Requirements
Must Haves
1. Coaches
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Coaching, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certification from a recognized coaching body (e.g., ICF, ACA, PACFA coaching track).
- 1–3 years of coaching experience focused on wellbeing, workplace performance, or leadership coaching.
2. Counselors & Clinical Psychologists
Counselors:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work.
- Active membership/registration with one of the following:
- ACA (Australian Counselling Association)
- PACFA (Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia)
- AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers)
- 1–3 years of supervised counseling experience (internships included if part of licensure pathway).
Clinical Psychologists:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from an APAC-accredited program.
- General registration with AHPRA (Psychology Board of Australia).
- Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology preferred (or in progress via Registrar Program).
- 1–3 years of supervised clinical practice (internships included if part of accredited/licensure pathway).
Nice to Haves
- Experience in providing workshops or training sessions.
