Your Role
- Conduct one-on-one telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy consultations, providing general advice (not treatment).
- Deliver CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) services both virtually and onsite as required.
- Facilitate optional webinars and in-person seminars.
- Support employees in enhancing their wellbeing, managing stress, and building resilience.
- Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to enhance EAP programs.
