Your Responsibilities:
In this multifaceted role, you will blend exceptional patient care with an inspiring position in the training program for GZ psychologists, psychotherapists, and clinical psychologists. You will seamlessly navigate between clinical practice and the educational environment, contributing to both the quality of care and the growth of new professionals.
As a Clinical Psychologist:
You will act as the primary therapist responsible for diagnosing and treating complex issues;
Provide therapy both individually and in groups;
Deliver specialized treatments to clients dealing with mood, anxiety, and physical issues potentially linked to psychological trauma and/or personality disorders within a close-knit, multidisciplinary team;
Make an active and connective contribution to multidisciplinary collaboration;
Contribute ideas for innovation and enhance the quality of our care.
As an Acting P-Trainer:
Ensure the quality and continuity of the post-master's training;
Guide and coach psychologists in training to become GZ psychologists (PioG), GZ psychologists in training to become Specialists (GioS), and GZ psychologists in training to become Psychotherapists (GioP);
Maintain a stimulating and safe training environment and liaise with relevant training institutions;
Collaborate on vision and development of the training policy;
Foster and enhance an innovative training and research climate;
Participate in training meetings, both internal and external, contributing to the professionalization of practical trainers, supervisors, and work coaches.
