About the Role
The Clinical Research Associate plays a critical role within Equip’s Clinical Excellence team, contributing to our mission of enhancing treatment accessibility for all individuals with eating disorders and spearheading innovative research aimed at fostering long-term recovery.
You will collaborate closely with the VP of Clinical Excellence as the key point of contact for the design and execution of both internal and external research initiatives. This position acts as a vital link across various functions, ensuring Equip’s services are underpinned by rigorous research and statistical validation.
You will oversee the complete research lifecycle, from conceptualizing internal pilot studies to disseminating findings through peer-reviewed publications and internal reports. This role demands a unique blend of clinical insight, technical expertise in statistical analysis, and a collaborative spirit to engage with non-research teams effectively, driving data-informed decisions.
