JOB SUMMARY
As a Clinical Revenue Manager, you will spearhead project success by leveraging your technical expertise, strategic insights, and exceptional communication skills within clinical revenue management and charge capture initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional teams, cultivating client relationships, and guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality outcomes. This position requires proactive risk management, effective oversight of project scope and timelines, and the flexibility to adapt to changing project demands, ensuring success for both our clients and Kodiak Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer leaders at all levels.
- Create project timelines, implementation strategies, internal and external communication plans, governance frameworks, and change management policies in collaboration with Kodiak and customer leadership.
- Ensure excellence in the execution of all project deliverables.
- Manage project scope in accordance with the statement of work or engagement letter; identify opportunities for change orders and oversee their implementation.
- Proactively anticipate both internal and customer needs, adjusting project communications as necessary.
- Develop and manage internal project financial processes.
- Assist in customer invoicing and billing procedures.
- Oversee benefit tracking processes and maintain customer ROI.
- Coordinate project meetings and manage all related deliverables such as agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-ups to ensure project progression.
- Promote a culture of ownership and commitment to project and customer success.
