Position Overview
We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Clinical Supervisor to lead and nurture our talented clinical team of therapists and case managers. In this pivotal role, you will help cultivate a high-performing, strength-based, and client-centered clinical program, ensuring that all operations align with licensing, accreditation, and internal standards.
This role is perfect for an independently licensed clinician who flourishes in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about staff development, program enhancement, and delivering high-quality care.
Your Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Supervision
- Guide, mentor, and provide clinical supervision to therapists, case managers, and interns in accordance with state regulations.
- Foster clinical excellence, drive program growth, and encourage multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Maintain a manageable caseload while supporting complex client situations, including crisis intervention and safety management.
Program Oversight
- Ensure all clinical programming adheres to evidence-based practices.
- Maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements.
- Oversee timely completion of assessments, documentation, and family/individual sessions as per care expectations.
- Develop, refine, and sustain the clinical group schedule.
- Assist in Utilization Review by providing accurate and thorough concurrent review documentation.
Operational Responsibilities
- Engage in leadership meetings and facilitate cross-department communication.
- Hold clinicians accountable for documentation standards and productivity metrics (minimum of 22 billable hours per week).
- Be available for peer review consultations and on-call rotation.
- Promote a culture of client-centered, strength-based care throughout the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Environment & Demands
- This position primarily involves indoor work in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Standard office equipment is used regularly.
