As a Clinical Supply Chain Manager at PSI, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating, planning, and implementing trial supply strategies for assigned projects. You will oversee vendor management related to clinical supplies and interactive response technology.
This is a temporary role covering a maternity leave.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Interpreting clinical trial protocols to develop effective supply chain solutions for PSI studies.
- Creating and managing drug demand forecasts aligned with enrollment plans.
- Strategizing optimal campaigns to ensure the timely availability of clinical supplies as per project requirements.
- Overseeing CMO vendors to manage packaging, labeling, procurement, distribution, and QP release activities, ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
- Leading IRT vendors in study-specific system setups, user acceptance testing, system approvals, and ongoing updates.
- Formulating clinical supply plans and contributing to the development of vendor management strategies.
- Assisting in the selection of trial supply and IRT vendors for PSI studies.
- Providing support and training to PSI teams regarding clinical supply management.
- Collaborating with PSI project teams, company divisions, clients, and vendors.
- Evaluating risks associated with clinical product management and addressing quality incidents reported by vendors.
- Contributing to business development efforts related to clinical trial supply services.
