Position Overview
As a Clinical Testing Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you will play a crucial role in our expanding team, addressing the mental healthcare needs of our clients and the broader community. In this outpatient setting, you will conduct in-person testing, with intakes and feedback sessions available in person or via telehealth, depending on client and clinician preferences. You will have the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals at LifeStance, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, and therapists. Your clientele will encompass diverse backgrounds and referral reasons, ranging from developmental disabilities and autism evaluations to assessments for attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, complex psychological diagnoses, learning and achievement disparities, and neurological injuries. As we continue to grow, we aim to establish referral pathways that align with the interests of our clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will include performing testing intakes, designing assessment protocols, administering psychological tests, interpreting results, drafting reports, conducting feedback sessions, clarifying diagnoses, managing documentation, and formulating treatment plans.
