Position Overview
We are on the lookout for passionate, dedicated, and empathetic therapists to join our flourishing outpatient group practice. Whether you are a seasoned Licensed Clinician seeking a supportive environment free from the burdens of solo-practice billing, or an Associate eager to accumulate hours under high-quality supervision, we have a place for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Care: Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions with a manageable caseload of no more than 30 clients per week (minimum of 25 for full-time).
- Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of electronic health records (EHR) using Simple Practice.
- Treatment Planning: Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to clients' specific goals.
- Collaboration: Engage in monthly clinical consultations and team meetings to exchange insights and bolster peer support.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Licensure: Active registration with the BBS or other licensing boards as an AMFT/LMFT, ASW/LCSW, or APCC/LPCC.
- Skills: Proficient in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
- Reliability: Strong organizational skills along with a commitment to ethical practice.
