In This Role
In this position, you will collaborate directly with regional and global partners to enhance their capabilities in Modern Work, Copilot, and AI solutions. You will assist partners in practice development, solution validation, and early-stage deployments by delivering technical coaching, architectural guidance, and operational support. You will manage multiple partner engagements simultaneously, each lasting three months, ensuring that partners are well-equipped to build high-quality Copilot agents, modernize their services, and achieve successful customer outcomes.
Following structured playbooks and operational processes will be key to maintaining consistency across engagements, while you adapt to the specific needs of each product area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys empowering others, coaching on new AI and productivity technologies, and fostering capability-building in a partner ecosystem.
