Role Purpose
Lead the commercial strategy for cloud solutions, driving business growth through the identification, development, and closure of opportunities in cloud infrastructure, software, and platforms. The goal is to position the company as a strategic partner in digital transformation, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and commercial sustainability.
Main Responsibilities
Design and implement the cloud services commercial plan, aligned with strategic objectives and revenue goals of the area.
Lead the complete B2B sales cycle (prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing) for cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or others).
Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to develop customized value proposals, solution architectures, and competitive quotes.
Manage strategic relationships with key clients, promoting long-term agreements and loyalty programs.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities in migration, security, automation, and cloud consulting services.
Monitor the performance of the cloud portfolio, analyzing market trends, margins, pricing, and competitor behavior.
Train and guide the cloud sales team, enhancing their technical and negotiation skills.
Collaborate with marketing for the development of campaigns, webinars, and promotional materials aimed at acquiring corporate clients.
Establish partnerships with technology partners (Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Oracle, etc.) to enhance the portfolio and access channel benefits.
Present sales reports and forecasts to the sales management, ensuring compliance with monthly and annual objectives.
