Join Our Team as a Club Receptionist
At Soho House, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences. As a Club Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, warmly welcoming them into our vibrant community. Your role will involve overseeing the reception desk, handling basic computer tasks, hosting in our Restaurant and Rooftop, and managing Guest List responsibilities.
If you are an experienced, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people, we encourage you to apply. You will also have the opportunity to train new team members and take on Maitre’d duties. We are looking for someone with a passion for hospitality and a knack for making others feel valued and at home.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure every member is greeted by name and guests are welcomed with warmth.
- Manage high-volume phone lines, addressing restaurant, rooftop, and cinema reservations, as well as general inquiries and messages.
- Stay informed about menus, hours of operation, and amenity details.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including reception areas and coat check.
- Perform Guest List duties effectively within the club and Rooftop areas.
- Provide real-time support and problem-solving for guest concerns.
- Assist guests with coat and personal item retrieval.
- Foster relationships with members and guests, communicating feedback to management.
- Contribute to a positive atmosphere through professionalism and approachability.
