About the job
Unique Components. Advanced Machinery. Craftsmanship That Matters.
At Breman Machinery, you will create components that are truly unique. We primarily focus on one-off and small batch production, meaning no assembly line work or monotonous tasks. Every order presents an opportunity for you to apply your craftsmanship and technical skills.
You will independently set up, plan your approach, measure throughout the process, and make adjustments as necessary. You are accountable for your workflow and the quality of your output. This is what makes the job rewarding, especially if you enjoy diversity, technology, and skilled craftsmanship.
What Sets Us Apart
Our distinctive approach is evident in our fully in-house operations, allowing for short communication lines and immediate visibility of your contributions. You will work with high-quality materials, clear drawings, and a dedicated team committed to precision. Our extensive and diverse array of machinery includes five-axis machining centers for intricate and precise parts, as well as portal milling machines and large planers for heavier machining tasks. Our machines feature advanced Heidenhain or Siemens controls.
The variety of workpieces and materials adds to the excitement. You will work with welded structures, forged parts, and castings, typically in single units or small quantities. Materials include steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and duplex, each requiring a specific approach to clamping, tooling, cutting data, and measurement.
Programming occurs both on the machine and via CAD/CAM. Our CAD/CAM programmers create offline programs, and you will coordinate with them regarding clamping, tools, processing sequences, and manufacturability. Your on-the-job experience will help refine processes and programs for ongoing optimization. This blend of technology, collaboration, and variety keeps the work engaging.
