At FutureSight, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Founding CEO to spearhead the launch of a pioneering AI-native SaaS enterprise designed to revolutionize growth for small and medium-sized service businesses.
Currently, service operators face challenges stemming from fragmented tools, manual follow-ups, and disjointed marketing strategies, which contribute to lead leakage, sluggish response times, and unreliable bookings. Our solution simplifies this landscape through a specialized system of AI GTM Agents, which autonomously oversee the entire customer journey—from initial contact to job booking and repeat business—providing clear and measurable returns on investment.
This is not merely marketing software or a CRM, nor is it an agency. Instead, it represents a collaborative AI workflow solution, seamlessly integrated into the operator’s existing systems, aimed at delivering what businesses truly desire: increased job bookings, enhanced customer retention, stronger local trust, and demonstrable returns on their investments.
As the Founding CEO, your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Acquisition — Conduct pilot programs, define pricing strategies, and validate customer retention and expansion opportunities.
- Product Development — Collaborate with FutureSight’s product and engineering teams to successfully launch Version 1.
- Capital Fundraising — Lead the initial seed funding round with our foundational investment.
- Team Building — Assemble your founding team and establish the cultural foundations of the organization.
