FutureSight is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Founding CEO to spearhead a groundbreaking B2B SaaS venture aimed at revolutionizing the customer acquisition, booking, and retention processes for home service businesses. With a U.S. home services market valued at over $700 billion, characterized by fragmentation and lack of tailored SaaS solutions, business owners in sectors such as plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and cleaning face significant financial losses daily due to missed calls, untracked appointments, and inadequate follow-up.
Current offerings merely facilitate appointment scheduling, neglecting crucial aspects like customer care, feedback management, and upselling opportunities. Our innovative AI Call Agent will ensure every call is answered, jobs are booked effortlessly, objections are managed in real-time, and automatic follow-ups occur after every service.
In your role as Founding CEO, your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Acquisition - Conduct pilot programs, establish pricing strategies, and confirm customer retention and expansion.
- Product Development - Collaborate with FutureSight's product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 of our service.
- Capital Raising - Lead the seed funding efforts with our initial investment.
- Team Building - Assemble your founding team and create a strong cultural foundation.
