FutureSight is on the lookout for a dynamic and forward-thinking Co-Founder & CEO to spearhead an innovative B2B SaaS startup that aims to revolutionize how home service businesses engage with customers. The U.S. home services sector, valued at over $700 billion, is highly fragmented and often overlooked by existing vertical SaaS solutions. Many business owners in industries such as plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and cleaning report significant lost revenue due to unanswered calls, untracked bookings, and irregular follow-ups.
Current offerings typically only manage appointment scheduling, neglecting the critical aspects of customer care, feedback collection, and upselling opportunities. Our AI Call Agent is designed to answer every incoming call, seamlessly book jobs, address objections in real time, and automatically follow up with customers after services are rendered.
As the Founding CEO, your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Acquisition: Conduct pilot programs, refine pricing strategies, and validate customer retention and expansion efforts.
- Product Development: Collaborate with FutureSight’s product and engineering teams to successfully launch the platform.
- Capital Raising: Lead the initial seed funding efforts, securing the necessary resources for growth.
- Team Building: Recruit your founding team and establish a strong company culture.
