FutureSight is on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Founding CEO to spearhead the development of an innovative AI-native reverse logistics orchestration platform. As reverse logistics encompasses all processes after a sale, it has emerged as a significant and often mismanaged cost center in contemporary commerce. The management of returns, warranties, exchanges, and recoveries involves complex workflows that are frequently reliant on fragmented tools, spreadsheets, and manual oversight.
Teams in operations, finance, and customer service invest substantial resources in enforcing policies, gathering evidence, routing returns, and reconciling outcomes, often without clear visibility into value loss or cash recovery timelines. This leads to margin erosion, prolonged cycle times, and increased operational inefficiencies in an ever-expanding workflow.
We aim to establish an AI-first orchestration layer that seamlessly integrates customers, fulfillment networks, and financial systems. Our platform will enforce policy at intake, gather evidence at the point of origin, determine the most efficient return paths, and track outcomes to financial closure—without displacing existing ERPs, WMSs, or commerce platforms.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build foundational infrastructure within a $700 billion global market, revolutionizing how modern organizations manage costs, risks, and recovered value after sales.
Key Responsibilities for the Founding CEO:
- Acquire customers — Lead pilot programs, refine pricing strategies, and validate customer retention and expansion efforts.
- Develop the product — Collaborate with FutureSight’s product and engineering teams to launch Version 1.
- Fundraise — Take charge of the seed investment round, securing initial funding.
- Assemble your team — Recruit your founding members and establish the cultural framework of the organization.
