What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team
- Promote a guest-centric culture, ensuring that every interaction is welcoming and efficient
- Guide and mentor Shift Managers and team members through effective training and coaching
- Empower teams by establishing clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and exemplifying leadership
- Encourage transparent communication and collaboration across all shifts
Support Operational Excellence
- Contribute to the execution of store-level strategies aimed at boosting sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability
- Oversee and manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control measures
- Drive promotional initiatives, ensure compliance with food service standards, and enhance the in-store experience
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked store that aligns with RaceTrac brand standards
Champion Food Safety & Compliance
- Conduct regular food quality assessments and coach the team on food safety protocols
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
- Organize and maintain necessary documentation for audits and inspections
Drive Results Through Collaboration
- Analyze reports, identify trends, and implement actions to enhance store performance
- Assist with team scheduling and staffing requirements in conjunction with the General Manager
- Provide performance feedback and promote accountability within the team
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
- Preferred management experience of at least 1 year
- Excellent coaching, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in fast-paced, guest-focused environments
- Ability to respond to business demands effectively
