Our dedicated team of more than 200 staff members, including teachers and coaches, is passionate about delivering exceptional educational experiences across more than 250 schools and childcare facilities throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
The Coaching Manager for Soccer Stars United (NY-Metro) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our Advanced Soccer Program within the NY-Metro area. In this position, you will provide outstanding mentorship, training, and management for our coaching staff, directly reporting to the Vice President of Soccer Stars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the SSU Curriculum in all SSU classes to guarantee high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Adopt a hands-on management style to train and mentor the SSU Coaching Team effectively.
- Develop and execute seasonal recruitment and hiring strategies, ensuring comprehensive onboarding processes.
- Facilitate year-round training and development seminars for coaches to promote best practices across classes and programs.
- Identify and address escalated quality control issues in line with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with the Coaching Department to manage seasonal staffing through our backend systems.
- Conduct regular observations and provide actionable feedback to coaches.
- Oversee the annual summer camp program.
