About the Team You'll Join
- The Due Control Tribe specializes in managing post-loan processes and overdue accounts for Toss Bank. We conduct various experiments to optimize solutions aimed at increasing recovery rates and reducing delinquency rates.
- We efficiently plan and operate processes related to debt restructuring, legal procedures, write-offs, sales, and compensation.
- We collaborate with diverse teams at Toss, including Risk Division, Bank Operations Team, Credit Loan Tribe, Secured Loan Tribe, and Platform Division, to ensure Toss Bank can provide better loans to a wider range of customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- You will be responsible for managing all aspects related to debt sales.
- You will handle public assistance tasks including rehabilitation, bankruptcy, credit recovery, and new start fund sales.
- You will lead communication with relevant institutions such as courts, the Credit Recovery Commission, advisory firms for sales, and purchasing companies.
- You will work closely with various sectors involved in post-debt management.
We Are Looking for Someone Who
- Has extensive experience in managing and executing the entire debt sales process.
- Ideally has experience in handling new start fund sales.
- Possesses a clear understanding and experience in public assistance tasks.
- Has led the formulation or revision of regulations related to debt sales or public assistance.
- Has successfully resolved issues that have arisen during the course of various tasks.
- Has experience improving policies, processes, or systems to enhance operational efficiency.
