As a College Aide, you will have the opportunity to work up to 17 hours per week during the academic year and can transition to full-time during winter and summer breaks. To qualify for this role, you must be a current student enrolled in an accredited college or graduate school.
The NYC Department of Design & Construction, specifically the Technology & Innovation Division, is actively seeking a motivated College Aide. Under the guidance of the Director of Application Development, your responsibilities will include providing Application Support and Quality Assurance for the agency’s software. Key tasks include troubleshooting software issues, contributing to project meetings, generating data analytics and reports using PowerBI, logging and tracking software problems in the ticketing system, and delivering basic training on DDC applications.
Authorization to work in the United States is a prerequisite for this position.
