Our mission is to empower college students by providing them with opportunities to earn real income and enhance their resumes through comprehensive training in design and sales. Furthermore, we collaborate with universities to support collegiate athletes by leveraging officially licensed name, image, and likeness (NIL) merchandise marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, onboard, and oversee a team of student designers and sales representatives at designated campuses.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to students in design execution, sales strategy, client communication, and brand development.
- Encourage a collaborative, high-energy, and supportive team culture.
Creative Direction & Training
- Facilitate design education, workshops, and feedback sessions to enhance creative output.
- Offer hands-on creative support using industry-standard design tools and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards across all student-generated designs.
Sales & Account Management
- Assist students in identifying prospects, pitching, and closing sales with campus organizations and local businesses.
- Manage key client relationships and supervise order development from concept through to production.
- Analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities across accounts and campuses.
Project & Production Management
- Oversee order workflows, production timelines, and communications among internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Guarantee timely delivery of projects within the defined scope and quality standards.
Marketing & Program Growth
- Support recruitment and marketing strategies to increase program visibility.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance sales strategies, operations, and student engagement.
