Position Summary
We invite dynamic and top-tier talent to join our expanding Commerce team as a Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee Sr. Associates and Associates while contributing to the development, planning, buying, executing, and measuring of media plans for designated shopper/commerce media clients. You will collaborate closely with the Associate Director/Director on the strategic and tactical execution of retail plans, working hand-in-hand with national Planning and Buying teams to enhance the overall Commerce media function.
The Commerce team specializes in the planning, buying, execution, and measurement of Commerce media, including retailer-focused media elements such as in-store signage, billboards directing shoppers to stores, digital advertisements on platforms such as Amazon and Kroger, influencer collaborations, and partnerships with shoppable technology providers to facilitate seamless conversions. Our ultimate goal is to support clients' commerce, shopper, and customer marketing initiatives, measuring product sales both online and in-store.
