Your Responsibilities
- Map the territory, meet merchants and professionals, and advise on the right solution.
- Conduct demos (readers, cash register, account) and guide clients to their first collection.
- Manage pipeline and forecasts using our Sidekick App, our internal super tool that guides you in client conversion with a focus on quality and priority.
- Collaborate with our SDR and Customer Success teams for smooth and rapid activations.
- Monitor the local market (events, partnerships, competitors) to create new opportunities.
Who You Are (What We Are Looking For)
Must-Have
- Active P.IVA and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in door-to-door or consultative sales (B2B/SMB) or strong commercial aptitude.
- Ability to organize your schedule/territory independently, with excellent digital tool proficiency.
- Clear communication, active listening, and determination to achieve results.
Nice-to-Have
- Background in payments, retail, Ho.Re.Ca., or business services.
- Established local network.
