Position: Commercial Associate
Department: Found - Commercial. You will report directly to the Head of Commercial, Found.
Compensation: On Target Earnings ('OTE') range from £60,000 to £90,000, with a base salary between £30,000 and £45,000, plus equity options.

Your Role: As a Commercial Associate, you will focus on developing a dedicated SMB and independent segment for Found. We seek an entrepreneurial sales professional ready to embrace a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales position.
Whether you’ve excelled as an SDR looking to close deals, or you’re transitioning from a successful commission-based role into B2B SaaS, we want a proven seller who thrives on high-volume activity, can handle rejection, and possesses the drive to succeed. You will take ownership of this revenue channel from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with SMB and independent care providers.
- Develop and maintain your sales pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) and inbound leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and discovery calls for operators managing 1-20 bed facilities.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets, earning commissions based on annual recurring revenue (ARR) closed.
- Establish the outbound sales strategy for this segment, testing and refining approaches based on effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless transitions for clients.
